Payment & Refund Policy

This page summarises the essentials about payment: what exactly you pay for, when access opens, how payment is made, and on what terms a refund is possible. The "Refunds and cancellation" section below constitutes the "Refund Rules" (Appendix No. 1 to the Public Offer) and forms an integral part of the contract.

The key point: testing and the basic conclusion are provided free of charge. Payment is only required for premium features. The service is digital: access opens immediately after payment. Payment is made by an adult or a legal representative of a minor.

Freemium model: what is free and what is paid

The service is for career-orientation purposes only. It is not a medical, psychiatric or clinical diagnosis; no diagnoses are issued.

Price, currency and access period

Current prices and a comparison of plans are listed on the "Pricing" page. The currency depends on the user's region.

Payment is a one-time charge that opens access for a fixed period (depending on the plan, e.g. up to 6 or 12 months). There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge — when the period ends, access simply expires and you decide whether to purchase again.

When access opens

Access to the paid content opens immediately after successful payment and remains available for the entire period of the relevant plan.

By making the payment and receiving access immediately, you give explicit consent to the immediate supply of the digital service and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by consumer-protection law. This does not apply where access was not provided for technical reasons (see below).

Payment method

Payment is made online by bank card through a payment service provider (payment system). For the "Premium" plan, a bank transfer is also possible using the details provided after checkout — to activate, email support@talents.center with the receipt and the user's email.

Refunds and cancellation

This payment and refund policy is aligned with Ukrainian consumer-protection law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), in particular its provisions on digital content and the consumer's right of withdrawal (Art. 16).

Fiscal receipt

We are working on sending the fiscal receipt to your email automatically. If you have not received it, please email support@talents.center with your login and the date and time of payment.

Who can pay

Only an adult or a legal representative of a minor user may make the payment. If the test was taken by a person under 18, parental / guardian consent must have been obtained before the test; the payment confirms that consent from the adult.
