The key point: the service is intended for career guidance, not for diagnosis. Minors take the test only with the consent of a parent or legal representative. Payment (where a paid service applies) is made by an adult or a legal representative.

What the service is

Talents is a career-guidance testing service. Based on the test results, the user receives a digital report with informational career-orientation recommendations about choosing a profession and a field of study.

Our primary services use the freemium model: core features are available for free, while certain advanced (premium) services are paid — so payment is not required for everyone. Learn more about the freemium model on Wikipedia.

From what age

The testing is recommended for users aged 14 and older. If the user is under 18, they may take the test only with the consent of a parent or legal representative. If the service is paid, it must be paid for by an adult or the legal representative of the minor.

What data we collect

account data: name or nickname (optional, not unique) and email — during registration;
date of birth;
gender;
city (detected approximately and automatically by IP address; you can confirm or change it manually);
place of study (school / college or vocational school / university / "already graduated") and grade or year;
field of study — where applicable (e.g. natural-sciences/mathematics, technology, arts, etc.);
answers to the test items and the result generated from them.

Why we need this data

We collect only the data needed to run the testing correctly, match relevant professions, and generate a personal report. The data is not used for medical or diagnostic purposes.

What the user receives

After completing the test, the user receives a digital report with recommendations: strengths, possible directions and professions — to support a more informed choice.

This is not a diagnosis

The service is informational and career-orientation in nature. It is not medical, psychiatric, or clinical diagnosis; no diagnoses are made. The results are not a guarantee of employment, academic success, or a psychological diagnosis.

Personal data protection and the right to deletion

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data". If the user is a minor, processing is carried out with the consent of a parent or legal representative.
